What is the fastest way to contact you to start the restoration process?
The fastest way is to complete our Claim Form. This will then be sent our dispatch team and assigned to the Senior Area Supervisor ASAP.
How quickly can you get to our home?
We can be onsite to anywhere in our coverage area with 2-3 hours.
When will I get my items back?
Rush items (7-10 days worth of clothing) are typically processed and returned within 48 hours. The full order usually takes two to three weeks, or when you’re ready to return home.
What happens when you get here?
We will complete a thorough walk-through of the home identifying any garments, area rugs, leather, etc.… that appear restore-able. Once the walk-through is complete, we will gather the items, tagging each bag with your information.
What happens to my stuff after you leave?
We will perform a detailed inventory using the industry standard Xactimate Tool. Then process all of your Rush for delivery within 48 hours.
How will my items be cleaned?
At East Coast we follow all “care as instructed” labels. For items that no longer have care labels, we can determine appropriate care based on training and our years of experience.
What about the rest of my clothing?
Over the next few days we will perform the same detailed inventory, tagging each item with your name and the complete the cleaning process. Once everything is cleaned will contact you to schedule final delivery.
What if I can’t take my stuff back yet?
We offer free 30-day storage for your clothing. After the first 30 days your items will be moved to our secure, climate-controlled storage facility. We will bill your insurance company directly for storage
How is payment handled?
Most of the work performed by EGCR will be billed directly to your Insurance Company. We will work with your insurance company for payment.
